Se estudiaron 4 plazas de mercado previamente seleccionadas por su importancia y reprsentatividad en el número de gallinazos, estas fueron la Concordia.Guarín, San Francisco y Plaza Central de Girón para determinar un indice poblacional, que fue de 1889, 1618, 1683 y 3195 total aves semana.
